The INSME Association includes the following typologies of Members:
- Strategic & Sustaining Members – Members who sustain the Association in all or partial activities through the donation of a higher annual fee in accordance with the INSME Board.
- Full Members – Members who participate in the activities of the Association and pay the annual membership fee determined by the INSME Board.
- Honorary Members – This type of membership is awarded to International Intergovernmental Organisations, who are distinguished, nationally or internationally, for carrying out activities closely connected or complementary to the objectives of the Association. The selection of candidates among appropriate entities and their appointment for this honour is the competence of the Board.
All fees are considered to be paid per calendar year. As foreseen by the Statute after September 30th, the fee covers also the upcoming year.
Individual SMEs cannot apply for membership in the INSME Association, but they remain indirect beneficiaries of its activities.
