Participation fees and registration No participation fee is forseen for INSME Members, Chinese participants from both public and private sector and International Governmental Organisations.
Please note that accompanying persons (wife/husband, son, partner etc.) may attend dinners/cocktails and social events at a fee of 50 Euro each. 250 Euro for delegates coming from OECD countries
› 2nd person from the same organisation: 200 Euro (in case more than one person from the same organisation wishes to participate, the first delegate will pay 250 Euro and the other/s will pay 200 Euro)
› Accompanying person: 70 Euro 100 Euro for delegates coming from non OECD countries
› 2nd person from the same organisation: 50 Euro (in case more than one person from the same organisation wish to participate at the conference, the first one will pay 100 Euro and the others will pay 50 Euro)

Please note that to receive an official invitation letter from the Chinese co-organisers, necessary for the visa request to travel in the P. R. of China, the participants must specify the following information on the registration form:
- Date of arrival to China;
- Date of departure from China;
- Full name as written on the passport;
- Organisation name;
- Title or position in your organisation;
- Date of birth;
- Gender (whether male or female). Travel costs and hotel accommodation are to be covered by each participant. The INSME Secretariat cannot provide any grants to support these costs.
