Partners of the INSME are those organisations, projects or initiatives that deal at international or regional level with issues related to innovation and technology transfer for SMEs, share the objectives set by the Network and are interested in developing synergies, exchanging know how and cooperating on a regular and voluntary basis with INSME and its Members to gain mutual benefits.

WTA-World Technopolis Association
The WTA aims to help to connect science and technology with regional development, to share prosperity by promoting mutually beneficial cooperation and exchanges among science cities in the world, and to contribute to the happiness and prosperity of human kind through the advancement of science and technology. 
33 Members, from 66 cities in 66 Countries, have joined the Association since its establishment in 1998.

ARCEIT The Arab Regional Center for Entrepreneurship and Investment Training (ARCEIT)  is a programme of UNIDO-ITPO Bahrain (United Nations Industrial Development Organization - Investment and Technology Promotion Office). Black Sea Economic Cooperation BSEC was set up in 1992 as a multilateral political and economic initiative aimed at fostering interaction and harmony among the Member States, as well as to ensure peace, stability and prosperity in the Black Sea region. In 1999 it acquired international legal identity and was transformed into a full-fledged regional economic organization, with 12 Member States: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine. INSME is one of BSEC's Sectoral Dialogue Partners.

BSEC Business Council is an international, non-governmental, non-profit organization, established in 1992 in Istanbul, Turkey. It consists of the representatives of the business communities of the BSEC Member States: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.

CaCIA The Camera di Commercio Italo Argentina - CaCIA (Chamber of Commerce Italy Argentina) was founded in 2003 in response to the needs of SMEs to take advantage of an organisation responsible for providing information, infrastructure and logistical solutions to support international projects in Argentina. CaCIA is a private non for profit association. INSME since 2008 is honorary member of CaCIA.

CORDIS The Community Research & Development Information Service. It provides information on all EU-supported R&D activities, including programmes, projects, results, tenders, publications and partners.

Development Gateway Foundation  A not-for profit organization dedicated to increasing government efficiency, improving donor coordination, sharing knowledge for development, and empowering local communities. European Alliance for Innovation The European Alliance for Innovation (EAI) is a community of innovators, combining innovation leaders from industry, research, governmental and non-governmental sectors to address Europe’s challenges, collaborating on technology development and entrepreneurial innovation. EAI’s mission is to drive innovation in emerging information and communication technology (ICT) enabled areas. EAI supports knowledge transfer and engagement among its member community.

EU Gateway - Opportunities for EU Companies in Japan and Korea A programme funded and managed by the European Commission for the period 2008 - 2015. It aims to accommodate up to 40 EU Companies for Japan and 30 EU Companies for Korea in the following sectors: Construction and Building Technologies , Healthcare and Medical Technologies, Environment and Energy-related Technologies, Information and Communication Technologies, Fashion Design, Interior Design, by offering a package of financial and logistical support, strategic preparation and a tailored search for business contacts in Japan and/or Korea.

EUPIC EU Project Incubation Centre (EUPIC) is a non-profit organization which is  supported by the EU, Sichuan  provincial government, Chengdu municipal government and Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial zone. EUPIC is the only EU-supported project incubation centre in China.The aims of EUPIC are: assist EU companies to enter the Chinese market; help Chinese companies to access to the European market; apply and take part in the bilateral and multilateral aid programs funded by the EU and Chinese governments.

IPR-Helpdesk The IPR-Helpdesk is a project funded by the European Commission focusing on specific IP issues involved in R&D and innovation EU funded projects. This web site provides free of charge information and resources to help with the management of Intellectual Property (IP). IPR Helpdesk joined forces in 2009 with InnovAcces to provide better information to SMEs.

LEED Programme (Local Economic and Employment Development) The LEED Programme analyses and disseminates innovative ideas relating to local development, employment and the social economy. It covers decentralisation of employment policies; local partnerships and governance; entrepreneurship; social innovations; globalisation and local authorities.

MENAinc, the Middle East and North Africa Incubator Network, is a network of incubator professionals in the region. The Network was founded in Amman, Jordan, with support from infoDev to support its members through facilitating communication, sharing experience and enabling training and learning.

SPICE Group Science Park and Innovation Center Experts SPICE Group is a global network representing 41 countries including 27 national and international associations of innovation centers. Members of SPICE Group are experts in business incubation, innovation centers, technology parks, regional economic development, technology transfer and entrepreneurship. The aim of the SPICE Group is to increase the knowledge about business incubation, international business cooperation and promotion, economic policies and development, entrepreneurship and technology transfer.

TII - Technology, Innovation, Information Founded in 1984 with support from the European Community, is one of the largest, longest-standing voluntary associations representing the innovation support and technology transfer professions in Europe. It has 260 members in over 30 countries who are active in areas such as business and technology consultancy and start-up support, research-industry technology transfer, including spin-off creation, and the provision of infrastructure to foster innovation, in particular high-tech incubators. The association offers services in the field of information and networking, professional training and technology transfer facilitation.
