“Innovation is the central issue in economic prosperity” wrote Micheal Porter. With this is mind and by drawing upon the expertise of innovation experts worldwide, INSME is promoting a new learning programme which is a journey through the why, what and how of innovation management.
The journey started with Hamsa Thota who offered insightful thoughts on the skills needed to lead and manage innovation and continued with Nava Swersky Sofer, who revealed the secrets of a successful entrepreneurial environment with particular attention to the Isreali example. The latest session took place on the 28th of May and took benefit from the expertise of Andrea Di Anselmo, who explored the lean start-up methodology and shared the tricks to build a successful business model.
