INSME Secretary General is just back from New York where he was welcomed as visiting Professor at the Saint John’s University by Katia Passerini, Dean of the ‘Lesley H. and William L. Collins College of Professional Studies’ and the Associate Dean Luca Iandoli. Together they started a research on university-based entrepreneurial ecosystems whose aim is to shade light on the why and how some places flourish through innovation while others don’t and what are the key components and determinants of entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Mr. Zazzerini also delivered a series of seminars on “Business Model Design for Social Ventures” sharing insights and methodologies on how to address social needs by adopting a market-based approach.

The stay in New York has also been a unique occasion to establish new partnerships and to develop new ideas that will nourish INSME’s future activities.
