The event, held at Hotel Emerald in Prishtina, convened visionaries, industry leaders, and key stakeholders committed to fostering a borderless future driven by innovation and collaboration.

The conference functioned as a vital nexus connecting the Western Balkans to the global marketplace through strategic partnerships, innovative initiatives, and sustainable growth opportunities. Over the course of two days, attendees engaged in productive networking, investment pitching sessions, and high-level discussions aimed at enhancing economic cooperation among Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and Serbia. A significant highlight of the event was “Session IV – ICT & Digital: The Evolution of SaaS and Emerging Technologies”. This session brought together experts in software development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation to examine the Western Balkans’ positioning as a competitive hub for technology outsourcing and product innovation. Another pivotal discussion took place during “Thematic Session VI – Outsourcing Industry: The High-tech and Manufacturing Competitive Hub”, which assembled leaders from the ICT, manufacturing, and global service sectors to explore the Western Balkans’ emergence as a strategic destination for smart outsourcing and innovation-driven production.
