Intrasoft International, INSME Member, has become a part of Netcompany Group A/S, and is now (re)introducing itself as Netcompany-Intrasoft to all its stakeholders and markets across Europe and MEA, following the company’s rebranding. Netcompany Group acquired INTRASOFT International SA in November 2021, in a move that created a European IT leader in-the-making, with a total employee count of over 6,000 and with a very broad reference list in the broader public and enterprise sectors.
The Group aims to utilize its rich platform and product portfolio, combined with agile delivery and outstanding talent to grow its market share in its existing markets and enter new Western European markets. The overall vision is to utilise and expand on existing expertise to impact private and public sector alike and through accelerated growth, ultimately position Europe as a frontrunner in the digital transformation. Tailoring its offering with particular focus on the unique opportunities presented by the EU’s Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF), Netcompany-Intrasoft is already using its strategic positioning and innovative solutions to take advantage of the digital transformation wave across Europe and beyond.
