From 30 June to 3 July, the final exchange visit of the FAB-BUS project will take place in Turin, Italy, during the B2B Turin Fashion Match Event, an international matchmaking initiative dedicated to the textile, fashion, and creative industries. The event is organised by Unioncamere Piemonte, with the support of the Turin Chamber of Commerce and the Piemonte Innova Foundation, as members of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).
This prestigious B2B gathering brings together textile companies, innovative SMEs, buyers, retailers, fashion designers, and sustainability-driven brands from around the world, covering the full textile, fashion, and sports ecosystem. It represents a key platform for international cooperation, business development, and innovation exchange within the sector.
The Turin event marks the final of three exchange visits of the FAB-BUS project (BUSiness Matching Initiative in FAshion, Design and Creative Industries) launched in May 2025 and running until September 2026. Co-funded by the EU under the Euromed Clusters Forward Programme, and led by ANIMA Investment Network, the project involves INSME as coordinator, together with three sectoral clusters: the Moroccan Denim and Fashion Cluster, CreaTech Bulgaria, and Unioncamere Piemonte, textile sector group.
Throughout the event, FAB-BUS partners will participate in B2B matchmaking sessions, present project results and insights during Talk Session 5: “Cross-Country Innovation for the Textile Sector: EU Projects, Creative Clusters and Circular Solutions,” and take part in a workshop featuring the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) among the participating countries. Moreover, the partners will have the chance to join the spectacular shows of Torino Fashion Week.
The Turin meeting will serve as both a moment to recognise the achievements of the project and to consolidate partnerships built over the course of the exchanges, while also looking ahead to future opportunities for continued collaboration across the European and Mediterranean fashion and creative industries.
