June, 28, 2019

On Friday 7 June, the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’ awarded the winners of the local CyberChallenge 2019. It is the first Italian computer security start-up program for talented young people, an initiative organized by experts from cybersecurity, universities and several companies. The very young participants (all between 16 and 23 years old) faced complex issues for the security of information processing systems.
After several preliminary selections, the winners of the local challenge were announced during the awards ceremony on June 7th in the Great Hall of the Parthenope University and the best four of the prize winners will go to represent the University of Naples for the real challenge at national level.

For two years now, Parthenope has offered the CyberChallenge project as a specialist training course on cyber security, aimed at selecting young people under 23 years of age. Technetic (INSME Member) supports the initiative as a Partner, participating in the awarding event and met the young talents of CyberChallenge in Naples.
