INSME President Sergio Arzeni was one of the speakers of “BUSINESS MEETS FUTURE” – International Meeting of Young Entrepreneurs. The event organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Pordenone-Udine, Enterprise Europe Network, the Committee for Young Entrepreneurs of Pordenone-Udine took place on the 18th of October in Udine, Italy.

Mr. Arzeni intervened in the session dedicated to the digitalization of enterprises with a focus on “Cultivating the talents in the Knowledge Economy. The Future is in young people”. He highlighted that the digital revolution is creating new opportunities for growth and it is of vital importance to create digital opportunities, enhance digital literacy and boost digital security in order to take benefit from these opportunities. The digital revolution is not something to be afraid of, we must adapt to this change and the only way to do this is to invest in research and innovation, human capital and skills. Innovation – said Mr. Arzeni – is essential to build demand for higher-skills and better-paid jobs and limit potential inequality from the adoption of new-frontier technology.
