On the occasion of the International Food Fraud Conference held in Berlin from 5 to 7 November, the European Food Fraud Community of Practice (EFF-CoP) organized a one-day workshop to present the initiative and its activities to the Conference’s participants.
The EFF-CoP is a project funded by the European Union and aimed at optimizing transparency throughout food supply chains to combat food fraud. The idea behind the project is to revolutionize the European approach towards food fraud through the creation of a sustainable Research and Innovation ecosystem of food fraud researchers and end-users based on solid sociological principles. INSME is proudly one of the partners of the Community of Practice, contributing to the initiative and its activities by representing the point of view and interests of SMEs. By embedding SMEs into a knowledge-sharing network, EFF-CoP will help them access valuable tools and resources to combat food fraud and improve their supply chain practices.
