AccelerAction – from Paris to deep-tech talks

2 June 2023

INSME’s team attended  AccelerAction’s in-person consortium meeting in Paris on May 31st– June 1st, hosted by WILCO France. This was a great opportunity to share initial milestones, ideas, experiences, and plan future initiatives to support deep-tech players in Europe, in order to connect and work together towards a comprehensive EU innovation ecosystem, which is the goal of the EU funded project. The consortium meeting lasted for two, extremely productive, days in which all partners from Italy, Austria, Portugal, Malta, France and Greece presented their achievements, lessons learned and brainstormed on future events such as the upcoming Deeptech Talk

The online roundtable is an opportunity for the consortium to understand the state of the current EU deeptech ecosystem in order to provide actors from incubators, academia, accelerators and startups with the best possible solutions going forward such as AccelerAction’s upcoming Virtual Ecosystem, a tool to support start-ups and innovative companies find business matches and training tools, which is in development and will be structured also around feedback from these online events. The next Roundtable is scheduled for June 29th and the line-up includes relevant speakers such as Adèle Yaroulina from the EU Startup Network, Jana Drzkova from EuroQuity, Pranjul Shah from the University of Luxembourg Incubator Programme, Gem Kua from Rockstart and David McGovern from the Tyndall National Institute. These key players from the deep-tech entrepreneurial landscape will interact with the audience and moderators to spark debates on future needs, key issues but also success stories and inspiring best practices. Interested parties can sign up for the event by clicking here, it is free of charge and fully remote so anyone can join from all over the EU.
