Traceability and transparency in food supply chains are becoming increasingly important for enterprises in the agrifood sector. To address this challenge, the TRUSTFOOD Project, co-funded by the European Union under the Digital Europe initiative, provides specialised training designed for professionals and job seekers in the agrifood industry. Indeed, it offers cutting-edge training programs focused on blockchain technology and its holistic application to the food supply chain. The courses are practical, covering essential digital tools and techniques, and are tailored to different roles within SMEs, from managerial staff to employees. Job seekers also benefit from these programs, which enhance their employability in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
