As INSME continues to increase our global reach, we are proud to welcome PLD Artech, the newest member of the international network. Founded in 2003 by Quan Hong, the company’s original role as a public-relations and strategy company has since evolved. Now, they have turned to fulfill the much-needed role of coordinating between Europe and China, increasing innovative collaboration between the two. PLD Artech advises corporations, assisting them with government regulations and helping them get started in a different country.
In 2018, PLD launched PLD Global, an initiative aimed at making PLD an integral part of bridging the gap between China and Europe. Since its inception, the program has resulted in PLD Artech assisting in a wide range of projects across several different countries. Whether pertaining to technological innovation, archaeological efforts, infrastructure, or advancements in healthcare, they have developed the capacity to coordinate between China and Italy.
Based in Shenzhen, China, their office in Rome serves as a gateway for them to continue contributing to cooperation in innovation across continents.
