From the 23rd of June to the 27th of July 2017 INSME welcomed a delegation from Vietnam participating to an Italian Development Cooperation Programme “Raising Youth Employment through School-Enterprise Connections in Bac Ninh Province” managed by ELIS NGO. The programme aimed at increasing the access to the labour market and the average wage level of young people in the Bac Ninh Province by transferring innovative best practices in the formulation of courses to trainers, improving their skills and stimulating the creation of linkages between training institutions and enterprises. In this framework, INSME and ELIS NGO carried out a four-week training course providing participants with a deep understanding of project management techniques and work-related learning practices. To address these topics, the training programme included classroom lessons, project works and site visits to institutions and leading industry players.
