Public research organizations (PROs) looking to realize value from their research results have the occasion to receive free guidance to adopt the most appropriate intellectual property strategy.
This is possible through IP Booster, a free service financed by the European Commission and implemented by META Group (holding INSME vice-presidency) and ClearViewIP.
IP Booster offers five different services among which:
- Initial IP audit, which is a review of tangible assets, offering an overview of the organization current IP position and recommended actions to improve.
- Patent landscaping, particularly dedicated to technology projects moving towards the market as well as mature protected technologies that could be exploited more strongly.
Interested PROs can apply for all five areas or only for the ones most relevant to them by the 31st of October.
