On January 29th and 30th, INSME hosted the final meeting for the AccelerAction project in Rome.

The key result of this initiative is DeepTech ACT, a unique virtual space, free of charge, developed by the AccelerAction team to connect top technology innovators from across the European Union. This platform facilitates collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the advancement of groundbreaking ideas, fostering a stronger and more integrated European tech ecosystem.

With the aim of presenting the new platform and enabling its integration into the Italian ecosystem, INSME visited Zest Accelerator, a leading force in Italy for early-stage venture capital, startup acceleration, scale-up support, and Open Innovation initiatives. As a prominent player in Europe, it fosters the growth of the innovation ecosystem with a wide range of advanced services and focuses on creating sustainable value by connecting startups with established companies, turning innovative ideas into groundbreaking business models. The visit was crucial to showcase the dynamic ecosystem in which the Accelerator operate, providing a tangible example of how collaboration can drive progress.

During discussions, the team addressed the challenges faced and the solutions developed, reinforcing a commitment to shaping a future defined by innovation, connection, and equality. By strengthening ties with Zest Accelerator and other key players in the DeepTech space, AccelerAction continues to lay the foundation for a more interconnected and inclusive European innovation landscape.
