INSME has officially opened applications for the SheEmpower free training programme, designed to support women entrepreneurs and aspiring female business owners in developing the skills, knowledge, and networks required to grow their enterprises in an increasingly digital and interconnected economic environment.
Implemented by INSME in collaboration with the University of Florence, the educational course is part of the larger European project SheEmpower, funded under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme. Taking place from the 14 to 29 September, the training programme will offer 120 hours of total training, divided between online and in-person sessions in Florence and Rome.
The intensive training curriculum will feature modules about business planning, financial management, digital marketing, innovation management, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, participants will benefit from practical workshops, individual coaching, mentoring activities, and access to an international and collaborative network of women entrepreneurs.
Through SheEmpower, INSME continues its commitment to strengthening female voices in business ecosystems and promoting inclusive entrepreneurship. By equipping participants with tangible skills, a supportive network, and personalised guidance, the programme seeks to act as the catalyst that women need to boost their ambitious and innovative business projects.
