On June 20, INSME and MED SMEs, the programme funded by the EU to support dialogue at the regional level on the internationalization and access to finance dimensions, will host an event in Rome titled “Digital support services for exporting SMEs: Export.gov.it, the Italian portal for export”.
The event will be dedicated to support services to exporting SMEs through the digital platform “export.gov.it”.
Following the Tabadool webinar on cross border e-commerce, the export.gov.it platform has the aim to boost export and support the internationalization of the Italian production system. Institutions and private export actors from MED MSEs partner countries (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria and Tunisia) will analyse and learn about the impact of digital strategies, programmes and support services on the development of SME exports.
The Italian Trade Agency, CDP, SACE, SIMEST and Unioncamere (these last two are INSME members) will contribute to this event by explaining the potential of the export.gov.it portal, which could enable companies to analyse the various markets to identify those most suitable for their business, and to get involved, promoting their business, activities e-commerce networks, participating in targeted events, identifying channels, intermediaries, partners and new foreign customers.Source: INSME Secretariat
