INSME is delighted to welcome a new member, The Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA), a Government institution established in 2004 and designed to implement the Bulgarian Government’s policy for SMEs and enhance the innovative and technological development of Bulgarian enterprises.
During the 16th INSME General Assembly held digitally on 20th October 2020, Boyko Takov, Executive Director at BSMEPA, also renewed the invitation to co-host in Sofia in 2021 the 17th INSME Annual Meeting stating that “it will be a great honour to co-organise the next INSME Annual Meeting, we are already pointing out some hot topics on SMEs to explore during this remarkable event”. The location in Sofia, which is in the heart of the Balkan Region, will also offer the opportunity to strengthen the linkages in this area of great interest among INSME Members and all the organisations involved in SMEs development in this region.
