The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), in partnership with UN Inter-agency Task Team (IATT) on STI for the SDGs, promoted an online training course and workshops for developing countries to help them in achieving of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The webinars, focused on building national capacity on science, technology and innovation, attracted over 50 government officials from all over the world.
The last session on 3rd December was led by UNIDO and addressed the topics of entrepreneurship, how to provide practical and conceptual support for innovative entrepreneurs through policies that increase opportunities while also driving productivity, job creation and economic growth.
